Villa Valentine Reservation Conditions:
# PAYMENT ACCEPTED
50% of the rental amount must be received by Luxury Villas D'Bali within two (2) working days after confirmation of reservation has been given.
In the case of bookings made 60 days prior to arrival, full payment is required within two (2) working days, or on arrival, if less than two (2) working days, whichever comes first.
Final payment is required at least 60 days prior to arrival for Low Season and 90 days for High/Peak Season bookings. Payment must be received promptly in order to guarantee your reservation.
Payments by Traveler's Cheques or personal cheques, will not be accepted.
# CANCELLATIONS
When a cancellation occurs more than 60 days prior to arrival; the cancellation fee will be equal to the deposit (50% of the total amount).
When the cancellation occurs between 60 days and 14 days prior to arrival; a cancellation fee of 75% of the total amount will be charged.
When the cancellation occurs within 14 days prior to arrival, or later the total amount will be charged.
