General Description

Designed by the internationally acclaimed architect, Guy Morgan, the estate is resourcefully integrated into the natural terraced contours of a hill. It is comprised of a series of thatched pavilions, housing a remarkable open Living Pavilion, an elevated Dining Pavilion, an Entertainment Room, two Kitchens and five Bedrooms, complete with an additional smaller room which can be used for a children or nanny's bedroom.  

Villa Style
The splendid 5-bedroom + 1 children room Puri Bawana Estate, complete with 30-metre swimming pool, rests upon almost two acres of land (7000m2) surrounded by emerald rice fields, within walking distance of the beach at the fishing village of Canggu on Bali's southwest coast.

Location
20 minutes from the Airport, and only 10 minutes from Nusa Dua and Jimbaran beach renown for its fine sea food restaurant and fish market and about 30 minutes from Seminyak, a vibrant tourist area with its choice of restaurants, boutique, and nightlife The Longhouse is perfectly situated to enjoy all the facets of Bali.

Neighbourhood:
Echo Beach (0.2km) for surfing and sunsets; Canggu Club (3km) for sports and leisure; Seminyak (7km) for shopping, dining and nightlife.

Capacity:

Puri Bawana Estate Inclusions:
  • Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in private air-conditioned car

  • Welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks
  • Free mineral drinking water for the duration of stay
  • In-villa FIRST DAY breakfast (max. 2 breakfast per room); following days breakfast' groceries is on guest' account
  • WiFi Internet access – usage at costumer’s account
  • Serviced daily including housekeeping, meals preparation at your own villa by our in-house cook or by order - in house menu or menu order selection is available at the villa

** Minimum Stay:
Low Season: 2-NIGHTS
High Season: 5-NIGHTS
Peak Season: 7-NIGHTS

** Check In and Check Out Time:

  • Earliest check in is at 12:00, Free of Charge and subject to availability.
  • Latest check out until 15:00, Free of Charge and subject to availability
  • Check Out until 18:00 is subject to 50% of applicable daily rate
  • Check Out later than 18:00 is subject to one night of the applicable daily rate
Puri Bawana  Reservation Conditions:

** PAYMENT ACCEPTED
  • 50% of the rental amount must be received by Luxury Villas D'Bali within two (2) working days after confirmation of reservation has been given.
  • In the case of bookings made 60 days prior to arrival, full payment is required within two (2) working days, or on arrival, if less than two (2) working days, whichever comes first.
  • Final payment is required at least 60 days prior to arrival for Low Season and 90 days for High/Peak Season bookings. Payment must be received promptly in order to guarantee your reservation.
  • Payments by Traveler's Cheques or personal cheques, will not be accepted.

** CANCELLATIONS
  • Notice of cancellation must be received by Luxury Villas D'Bali in writing by email or email at least 31 days prior to arrival for Low Season, 91 days prior to arrival for High Season and Peak Season bookings
  • 20% of the total rental amount if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the rental period
  • 50% of the total rental amount if the cancellation is made between 30 days and 60 days before the start of the rental period
  • 100% of the total rental amount if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period
