- Earliest check in is at 12:00, Free of Charge and subject to availability.
- Latest check out until 15:00, Free of Charge and subject to availability
- Check Out until 18:00 is subject to 50% of applicable daily rate
- Check Out later than 18:00 is subject to one night of the applicable daily rate
Mary's Beach Villa Reservation Conditions:
# PAYMENT ACCEPTED
- 50%
of the rental amount must be received by Luxury Villas D'Bali within
two (2) working days after confirmation of reservation has been given.
- In
the case of bookings made 45 days prior to arrival, full payment is
required within two (2) working days, or on arrival, if less than two
(2) working days, whichever comes first.
- Final payment is
required at least 60 days prior to arrival for Low Season and 90 days
for High/Peak Season bookings. Payment must be received promptly in
order to guarantee your reservation.
- Payments by Traveler's Cheques or personal cheques, will not be accepted.
# CANCELLATIONS - Notice of cancellation must be received by Luxury Villas D'Bali in writing by email or email at least 61 days prior to arrival for Low Season, 91 days prior to arrival for High Season and Peak Season bookings
- Deposit will be refunded in full less 2 nights rate (whichever is greater), if the booking is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival the deposit will be forfeited.
- Final Payments are non-refundable.
